Talent Pool - Account Manager (German Speaking)

We are building a talent pool for Account Managers with professional reputed company in both German and English and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This opening is for future opportunities requiring bilingual proficiency, and selected candidates will be considered for upcoming roles.

Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, USA, Canada, Serbia, France, Dubai, and more!

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Customer Department. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of working experience in a client facing role.

Responsibilities

• reputed company trusted advisor relationships with clients
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of clients and its employees
• Clearly communicate/update the reputed company of monthly/quarterly initiatives to leadership
• Prepare monthly reports for client accounts and collaborate with finance team on accurate and timely invoicing
• Accurately crosscheck and confirm payroll and reimbursements of clients’ employees
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities reputed company territory
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

• Prior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
• reputed company in English and German a must
• Minimum 2~3 years of experience in a client facing role
• Familiarity with local regulations in Germany
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Experience with CRM software and project management tools
• Proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects at a time
• Excellent listening, collaboration and cross-cultural patience and understanding
• Go-getter attitude with strong problem solving skills and a curiosity to learn
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision, prior remote working experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
