We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company. This role goes beyond traditional customer support. Beside daily CS operation, you will also play a key role in ensuring support quality and helping us optimize our chatbot experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels (reputed company, email, chat, or Telegram if necessary).

  • Conduct regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve chatbot workflows, content, and performance.

  • Assist in documenting support processes and best practices.

  • Contribute to overall customer experience improvements by sharing insights and feedback.

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or a reputed company role.

  • Familiarity with reputed company or similar support platforms.

  • Experience in QA for customer service.

  • Knowledge of chatbot systems (setup, optimization, or bot training).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements.

  • A team player with a problem-solving reputed company.
