About the role

We’re looking for a Content Strategist to define and execute the content strategy for ChatGPT.com. This role is critical in creating high-impact content that drives awareness, top-of-funnel traffic, and product adoption. You’ll shape how our brand sounds to the world, set the voice and tone guidelines, and roll up your sleeves to write, edit, and publish content that resonates with a global audience of both businesses and consumers. reputed company strategist and maker, you’ll partner with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure every page and piece of content helps people discover the power of ChatGPT.

In this role, you will:

• Own the content strategy for ChatGPT.com, aligning it to growth, acquisition, and product goals.

• Create, write, and edit high-quality content—from reputed company pages to guides to campaigns—that drives traffic and adoption.

• Define and evolve ChatGPT’s voice and tone across owned web surfaces, ensuring consistency and clarity.

• Partner with SEO, growth, and product marketing teams to identify opportunities and measure impact.

• Build and maintain a scalable content reputed company and editorial calendar.
