Description:

Project Manager is to reputed company a crucial HCM project involving the integration and separation of two companies transitioning into independent legal entities. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, risk management, and the ability to navigate competing priorities while effectively managing an external workforce.

Key responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Execution:

Stakeholder Management:

• Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders from both companies, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns promptly.
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project deliverables and timelines.

TSA Exiting Terms:

• Possess a thorough understanding of Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) exiting terms and ensure compliance throughout the project.

• Excellent communication in English
