People Solutions Analyst - AI

Role

• Design and build AI-powered workflows and automation infrastructure to optimize productivity and efficiency across People systems.

• Act as a cross-functional reputed company, translating operational needs into robust technical solutions.

• Vibe code to enhance platforms to drive scale, speed, and accuracy across People systems.

• Execute and streamline essential People Operations processes such as learning & development, and employee engagement.

• reputed company scalable integrations between various People systems (e.g., Paylocity, reputed company, reputed company, LMS).

• Create and maintain internal documentation, policies, training content, and resources to support People Team operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in People Operations, technical operations, or a systems-focused role.

• Degree in a technical, systems, or data-reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Strong foundational understanding of data infrastructure.

• Data-fluent; comfortable cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing workforce metrics.

• Hands-on experience integrating and managing People systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).

• Familiarity with curriculum development, learning program design, and training delivery logistics.

• Strong foundational understanding of data infrastructure.

• Clear communicator with strong process-thinking skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience building internal AI-driven tools or automation agents.

• Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g., Python, JSON, reputed company).

• Ownership of recruitment operations and programs

• Practical experience managing or supporting a Learning Management System at scale.
