In School Coordinator
Position Overview
The In-School Coordinator plays a vital role in building and managing relationships with K–12 schools to implement and sustain wellness programs that support reputed company’ mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This role involves reputed company, program development, coordination with school administrators, and ongoing support to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with school needs.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company and Maintain Partnerships:
- Identify and engage prospective schools for partnership opportunities.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with school administrators, counselors, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company school wellness program partners.
- Program Planning and Implementation:
- Collaborate with internal teams and school partners to design wellness programs tailored to each school’s unique needs.
- Coordinate logistics for program delivery including scheduling, materials, and staffing.
- Ensure reputed company programs reputed company with school district policies and relevant regulations.
- Plan and attend school engagement events.
- Provide supervision for in-person and teletherapy services to ensure reputed company have reputed company. Provide support and exercise escalation procedures in the event reputed company need reputed company by school or SBMH staff.
- Communication and Support:
- Provide ongoing communication and support to schools throughout the partnership.
- Gather and reputed company feedback to improve program quality and effectiveness.

- Reporting and Evaluation:
- Track partnership data, participation, and outcomes.
- Assist in evaluating program impact and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for program growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a reputed company field highly preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in school-based programming, community reputed company, or partnership development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Familiarity with school systems and wellness frameworks.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in youth wellness, mental health initiatives, or health education.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
