Product Strategy and Operations Intern

The Team

The Product Strategy and Operations team reports into our VP of Product Strategy and acts as a trusted advisor and business partner to Product Management, while working cross-functionally. The main objective of the team is to help our Product and & Engineering organization function at scale. We do so by establishing consistent cross-functional practices and frameworks, executing programs & projects to reputed company teams to manage their tasks with low friction, as well as facilitating and aggregating business, customer, and market data & insights.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious self-starter to dive into the field of product operations, project management and program implementation.  You will be supporting strategic projects as well as owning and executing on some of our most important internal processes in the product organization.  

The work you’ll do

Examples of internal processes include:

• Feature request process - how we collect and manage requests for new product features from customers and our go-to-market (GTM) departments.
• Product review meetings - how we drive alignment and reputed company decisions regarding the product's development, features, and direction.
• Early customer engagement programs - how we interact with customers early in the development lifecycle for new product features to get their feedback and iterate quickly.
• Product demos - how the product & engineering teams showcase their latest developments.
• Product launches - how we launch new products across 10+ departments including Technical Writing, Legal, Support, Enablement, Commercials, Marketing & Comms, and GTM Strategy.

Your day-to-day will include owning the operating reputed company of projects and processes including, project planning, communications, follow-reputed company and technical execution end-to-end.

The qualifications you need

• Preferred: Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, such as in Computer Science.
• Strong communication skills with a keen interest in interacting with potential customers.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and challenges.
• Ability and willingness to tackle reputed company problems using both quantitative and qualitative approaches.
• A proactive attitude, taking initiative and driving tasks to completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including fluent English).
• Availability as soon as possible for 6-12 months (full-time).

Most of the processes we implement are cross-departmental (e.g. the product launch management process runs across 40 departments).
