THE ROLE

(parental leave cover > Porto or Lisbon based)

We're looking for an Associate Product Manager within the Marketing area, reporting to the Head of Product. The Membership & Marketing subdomain's mission is to build rich and long lasting relationships with its users during its lifecycle with FARFETCH and across various customer tiers. Our area also supports Marketing acquisition (through Paid and Organic Channels) and retention channels (including CRM) via segmentation and personalization strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics, engineering and design teams to define product requirements and build the Product Development Roadmap
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback.
  • Support the prioritization of product features based on business goals and customer impact.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams.
  • Help coordinate experiments and product launches, including training materials and internal documentation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • You are proactive, have excellent communication and collaboration abilities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interested and knowledgeable about digital marketing products (including SEO, Google - Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, etc - , Meta and other Martech and affiliate products and platforms) and consumer-facing digital products (websites, apps), the metrics that inform those products and related industry trends.
  • You can understand and discuss technical Analytical and Martech concepts.
  • Passionate about understanding and solving customer needs and problems.
  • You can assimilate, sort through, and aggregate information.
  • Aware of the luxury market.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Proficient in English.
