Role: Project Manager - Legal Entity Set-Up

Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English.

SAP experience is a must - ideally someone that has the legal entity experience outlined in the requirement.

We can also consider SAP project managers that have a finance background or possibly even a strong data background.

Will be supporting legal entity roll-outs to Latin America.

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of a legal entity creation initiative spanning multiple international markets. This strategic role supports program Pegasus, ensuring compliance, operational readiness, and seamless integration with global business services (GBS) and supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to establish new legal entities in alignment with corporate governance and local regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with GBS, Finance, Tax, HR, Legal and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and process alignment.

Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across diverse geographies.

Ensure SAP R/3 systems are configured and integrated appropriately to support new entity operations.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in legal entity creation and corporate structuring projects.

Strong understanding of GBS frameworks and supply chain processes.

Hands-on experience with SAP R/3, especially in finance, logistics, and master data domains.

Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-market initiatives.

Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:

Well-established internal network across business units and geographies.

Familiarity with change management and post-implementation support.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.
