The hiring salary range for this position is $72,000 - $89,000 per year. Offers are determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: geographical location, knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members.

TYPE OF SUPERVISION:

Receive general supervision from the Director of Strategic Partnerships.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support and execute strategic plan to nurture, retain, and grow local and national partnership accounts in specified industry verticals.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR LICENSES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field reputed company to the assigned vertical is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of experience working in the assigned vertical that demonstrates industry experience in addressing problems, defining relevant issues, drawing sound conclusions, and making responsible recommendations, or sales management reputed company the assigned vertical; to include experience in marketing, corporate reputed company management, managing large customer reputed company, results-driven sales or similar experience.

• Proven track record of success in delivering community and vertical account management and growth.
• Demonstrated project management experience in developing marketing and recruitment strategic plans.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Effective networking and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability selling to the C-suite (specifically Sr. HR, Superintendents, Transfer Office leadership) and developing educational partnerships with assigned vertical.

• Knowledge of and experience with reputed company aspects of business development and proposal development. Must be able to answer a request for proposal for client relationship development and to instruct team how to do so.
• Knowledge of reputed company educational/credential/licensure requirements reputed company the assigned vertical. Must understand how requirements relate to degrees and programs at reputed company.
• Familiarity with reputed company and the ability to design and review dashboards to track individual and account performance.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
