We’re looking for an exceptional Product/Pricing Manager to join our leadership team in Athens. If you’re commercially savvy, strategically sharp, and passionate about building and leading market-winning products, we want to hear from you.

Your Impact:

•Create and implement a winning procurement strategy that strengthens and expands our Road Freight product offering.

•Lead supplier negotiations and manage key carrier relationships to secure the best outcomes.

•Drive profitable growth by aligning procurement and sales strategies — building strong customer relationships and securing key accounts.

•Oversee supplier performance with a continuous improvement mind-set.

•Champion Road Freight best practices and standards across the Greek organization.

•Work closely with our customers, Trade Lane Managers and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service, customer development, and retention.

Your Background:

•Extensive experience in Road freight, with a strong commercial and product/pricing focus.

•A proven track record negotiating with carriers and maintaining influential industry relationships.

•Fluent in Greek with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

•A natural presenter and communicator who can inspire and align teams with your vision.

•A strategic thinker and strong negotiator with a clear focus on delivering results by attracting new business or developing the existing ones

•A proactive, motivated individual who enjoys leading change and driving innovation.
