About the Opportunity

reputed company is currently looking for a Technical Recruiting Partner to join our People team. You will support the technical recruiting and scheduling needs of our hiring managers as we continue to build out our rapidly-growing technology organization. This role is based in reputed company, reputed company.

TTC*:$145,000 - 175,000 TTC

*Total reputed company Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including reputed company pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees reputed company reputed company the United States and account for geography reputed company determining reputed company salary.

Responsibilities

Handle full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities for our technical positions, working closely with our hiring managers to build their teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent. You will help create meaningful candidate experiences, establish strong relationships across the company and grow to have a thorough understanding of the needs of the different teams.

• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews with key stakeholders for reputed company technical recruiting positions
• Conduct pre-screen interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates for hiring managers
• Act as a reputed company of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Other recruiting, onboarding, and people team tasks as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a reputed company field
• Experience with reputed company ATS and reputed company Recruiter
• Exceptional communication skills and can effectively reputed company value to candidates and leaders. Listen well and seek to understand.
• Proactively reputed company stakeholders apprised of developments.
• A consultative nature. You respond quickly to questions and go the extra mile to provide a great experience for candidates and leaders
• Great organization skills: Ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and stay on top of reputed company issues
• Occasional travel for team meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis
