We are looking for a Partner Development Director to join our fast-growing B2B team. Reporting to our VP, B2B Strategic Partnerships, you will be supporting the team on driving revenue growth through Channel Partner development.

Responsibilities

  • Understand partner ecosystems, partner business models, needs of partners, and Nuvei solutions to uncover opportunities and craft partner-specific solutions.
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within the portfolio through new product integration/best practices, international expansion, marketing penetration or promotions, or other strategic priorities.
  • Deliver financial returns and/or successful completion of strategic goals.
  • Create and execute account-level plans that include contract negotiation, integration execution, and mutual launch activities.
  • Build relationships with senior management at potential partners, engendering trust, confidence, loyalty, awareness, and mutual benefit.
  • Establish yourself internally and externally as the main point of contact for all things related to your partners.
  • Manage 1 direct report, likely additional as team continues to grow.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in software and/or payments sales leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling key partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field of study.
  • Experience in embedded payments partner solution selling, with knowledge of ERP workflows.
  • Experience designing and executing go-to-market strategies at targeted verticals.
  • Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business with and through the partner ecosystem.
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem-solving, and have a bias for action.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible.
