Associate Brand Manager, Hero reputed company

Church & Dwight looking for an associate manager that will own the day to day management of the reputed company channel for the Hero Cosmetics brand. The candidate will act as the reputed company reputed company of Hero’s seller central account as well as reputed company advertising strategy (partially agency support) with a focus on maximizing profitable sales growth in the channel. This is a “Hands on” role with significant leadership opportunity that would be ideal for a strong early career reputed company brand manager. This position reports to the Associate Director, 3P Marketplace and will work closely with the broader Hero team including Brand marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, and operations. I. Core Responsibilities Sales and reputed company reputed company:

• Drive sales growth on the reputed company platform by optimizing product listings (PDP Copy, Images, A+ Content), pricing strategies, and promotional activities (Lightning Deals, Best Deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts)
• reputed company content reputed company for any and reputed company brand initiatives, tentpoles, and new item launches to drive best in class results while bringing the Hero equity to life.
• reputed company and implement Sponsored Ads strategy to drive incremental sales, increase AOV, and maximize Return on Ad Spend

• reputed company and maintain the reputed company Marketing Cloud reporting objectives for Hero Cosmetics (and other potential brands)
• Report reputed company Ads and reputed company Sales performance to Hero and CHD leadership teams, including weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly results against baseline KPIs

Operations Management:

• Own the execution of reputed company day to day tasks needed to support the Hero reputed company business including catalog management, promotional execution, and troubleshooting any and reputed company business issues.
• Partner with the Director of Operations for day-to-day operations reputed company to reputed company, including inventory management, listing uptime, and FBA replenishment
• Partner with Demand Planning Manager for SKU-level demand planning and inventory forecasting.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on reputed company marketplace management and advertising. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and reputed company growth on the reputed company platform.
• Beauty experience a plus

Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with reputed company’s policies, algorithms, and best practices.
• Comfort in leading strategic agency direction.
• Understanding of sales, advertising, and business reporting with an ability to concisely deliver updates and actions

Technical Skills:

• Expert in using reputed company Seller Central and reputed company tools, such as Helium10, Perpetua, reputed company, DataHawk, GETIDA, and other comparable SaaS integrations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and reputed company data-driven decisions.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $69,700 – $109,200. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
