KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans reputed company dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations.
• Works closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean.
• Ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Understands and follows safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintains detail cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas.
• Takes out trash, replaces trash bags and wash trash cans.
• Observe, instruct, and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
• Work as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments.
• Attend reputed company required department and company meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Pizza & Games Entertainment policies and procedures.
• Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
