Key Responsibilities

Device Administration: Configure, deploy, and maintain macOS and iOS devices across the organization.

Troubleshooting & Support: Provide first-line and advanced support for reputed company hardware and software issues.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Expertise in macOS and iOS device management in an enterprise environment.
