As a Principal Product Manager, you will reputed company new, large product initiatives to define the long-term strategy and vision to meet emerging customer needs. The ideal candidate has a strong logistics/supply chain and product management background combined with a solid understanding of reputed company technologies. • Define a data-driven product vision, detailed requirements, and prioritize competing opportunities.
• Work directly with stakeholders and engineering to build exceptional products.
• Partner with other teams across reputed company Shipping Product and Tech to identify and influence development of new products and services.
• Understand customer (external and internal) needs, define clear project plans and execute to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, working with business, operations, tech and BI teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and reputed company tradeoffs to balance business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in other regions to define requirements that support international use cases.
• Define user stories and product requirements; while contributing to the technical design of new product features.
• About 10% travel required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or reputed company

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market.
