Senior .NET Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable applications leveraging .NET primarily in Azure, with an emerging presence in GCP. You’ll be part of a Scrum team within a business/technology domain, working closely with architects, product managers, and QA automation engineers to deliver resilient, modern solutions while embracing AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery. Werner's Development Stack: C#, .NET Core, Confluent, MuleSoft Azure Container Services, Functions, Service Bus, CosmosDB Playwright for test automation GitHub, JFrog, SonarQube Cloud, LaunchDarkly GitHub Actions with C# Pulumi Copilot-led AI development Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using Werner's development stack Understand and implement both synchronous API and event-driven architectural patterns Participate in the development and maintenance of Playwright test automation suite Participate in the development and maintenance of GitHub Actions build pipelines Leverage AI-driven development tools for coding, testing, and documentation Participate in on call rotation for support of production systems Contribute as a member of a Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives. Qualifications: Strong experience with C# / .NET (5+ years preferred) Experience with cloud-native development in Azure (3+ years preferred) Experience with Confluent and/or Kafka (1+ years preferred) Experience with API management tools (MuleSoft preferred) Experience with test automation technologies and practices (Playwright preferred) Experience with CICD practices and technology (GitHub Actions preferred) Experience with AI-driven development practices Experience working in an Agile methodology Talent and willingness to collaborate effectively in and outside of a development team Why join us?
