National Education and Retail Lead - Mid-Atlantic Area - Dermalogica - Philadelphia, PA - work from home job Company: Dermalogica Job description: Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for skincare and beauty? If so, Dermalogica is looking for you! We are seeking an experienced National Account Education and Retail Lead to join our dynamic sales team and partner with our largest national account, ULTA. You will manage the retail and service business for Dermalogica within select ULTA stores, working to achieve defined targets and be responsible for key doors in your home market. You will also support a broad mix of remote doors with consistent on-line initiatives and in-person activities. Our ideal candidate will live in Philadelphia or the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities for Direct Management of Local Territory:
- Manage the Dermalogica business in approximately 10-15 stores located in the home market
- Coach and mentor Ulta Retail Associates and licensed skin therapists to ensure ongoing education and highest level of competency.
- Engage with customers to drive retail and service productivity to ensure targets are met
- Plan and execute VIP and Store Generated Events
- Partner with other NARMS and/or the Regional to execute events Three Saturdays per month within the greater market
- Provide valuable training for the broader team as a Dermalogica product and service expert
Key Responsibilities for Remote Territory:
- Solely responsible for approximately 90 doors located across a broad geography. These doors will require annual or semi-annual visits and training using online tools.
- 12-15 multi-day trips per year to support strategic remote districts
- Develop educational/sales tools and build relationships with District Managers and Store General Managers
- Identify select markets where in-person interaction is necessary and build appropriate action plans. i.e. Event in a box, in-person participation in a round robin training, co-host an event, etc.
- Must live in a major metropolitan area within 1 hour from the airport
- This position will cover a cluster of Mid-Atlantic doors near Philadelphia or New Jersey and will support clusters of doors in other states.
- Extensive multi-state travel
Education and/or Experience:
- Must live in a major metropolitan area within 1 hour from the airport
- Bachelor's degree is highly desirable
- Esthetics license is highly desirable
- Multi-door experience is highly desirable
- Successful retail sales and operations background in the skin care or beauty channel
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on market needs
