Senior Manager, Actuary

We work closely with State Management, New Product Pricing, Research and Development, and other teams to ensure state profit and growth for our private passenger auto lines of business. We're looking for a Senior Manager to drive innovation, guide strategy, and work in partnership with other stakeholders while developing teams of actuarial analysts. This role can be filled at the manager or senior manager level, depending on qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic planning and reputed company action reputed company analysis and understanding of state indications (i.e. trends, development) Foster product innovation through state segmentation analysis Build a team of thought-leaders with strong ownership and initiative Collaborate seamlessly both internally and externally Role Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant pricing experience, with 5 years preferred. At least 3 years of project ownership and leadership experience. At least 1 year of relevant managerial experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in a business or analytical field. Actuarial exam reputed company, insurance credentials (such as CPCU), and/or graduate degrees preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in analytical software such as reputed company. Experience and reputed company with SQL and PowerBI preferred.
