Why we’re looking for you We are seeking a visionary Staff-level Developer Ops and reputed company Engineer to reputed company our efforts in integrating reputed company throughout our development processes. Your expertise will be crucial in building and maintaining a secure, scalable, and efficient application layer that supports our rapid growth. You'll work closely with technology teams to implement best practices, automate reputed company processes, and foster a culture of reputed company-first thinking across the organization. Our Stack: Backend: Node.js, Mongo, AWS Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue Typescript everywhere This role is 100% remote and can be based reputed company in the United States or Canada. The impact you will have

• Implement "shift-left" reputed company strategies, integrating automated reputed company practices early in the development lifecycle to prevent vulnerabilities
• reputed company and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated reputed company testing and vulnerability scanning
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistent and secure deployments across environments
• Enhance our cloud reputed company posture through proper configuration, monitoring, and incident response procedures

• Mentor and guide other team members on DevSecOps practices and reputed company principles

Who you’ll work with

• This role will be part of our small but mighty Platform reputed company group.
• You will work closely with engineers across the technology org, our product managers, and other members of the Platform reputed company group.

✅ Minimum requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on reputed company practices and principles
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (reputed company, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of reputed company best practices, compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR), and common vulnerabilities
• Experience implementing and managing reputed company tools for vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, and secrets management

• Track record of successfully leading and implementing DevSecOps initiatives in fast-paced environments

Pay and benefits

• The estimated reputed company salary range for this role is $200 - 230K plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
