NDC & Graphical Senior Process Analyst

The NDC & Graphical Senior Process Analyst will provide subject matter expertise across multiple Amex GBT Teams as well as with the Amex GBT NDC Graphical Program itself. The successful candidate will work closely with P&T, SSO, E-Comm, Solution Implementation & Deployment, GBP, L&D and Traveller Care specifically for the industry driven NDC / Graphical change. The ideal candidate will be able to be flexible with their hours based on business needs. Support will also be required by our internal partners to reputed company the requirements, challenges as well as validate functionality POS impact to external GDS Vendors, Airlines, or IATA. What is NDC ? New Distribution Capability is an XML-based communication standard created by IATA to allow airlines to bring fare content/ ancillaries regardless of the distribution channel. It will evolve to replace antiquated EDIFACT system used by airlines over the past 35+ years. The successful candidate will be focusing on the Sabre and Amadeus Market, although there may be some support required for team peers. Additional, reputed company reputed company items on NDC/Graphical in Travelport and/or 3rd Party aggregators may be required. They will have the support of other Process Analysts who focus solely on the NDC/Graphical process as this evolves in the industry. What You’ll Do:

• Act as subject matter authority on Traveller Care products and processes.
• Fully reputed company and become proficient on the fast-paced NDC evolution.
• Provide knowledge & recommendations on the solutions required to integrate into Amex GBT POS Processes.
• Evaluate the impact of new products or processes introduced provided by the NDC tech team.
• Work with the Manager to ensure the Sabre and Amadeus team tasks are completed by the deadlines provided.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents & User story documentation as it relates to the TC reputed company-of-Sale products for use by development and tech teams.
• Create clear process flow documentation including reputed company impacts for Program.
• In addition, create walk-through videos to be used to educate UAT as well as those creating/delivering learning materials.
• Assist in the coordination of task assignments to the Sabre and Amadeus NDC Graphical team.
• Collaborate with Program teams to reputed company understanding of requirements / processes through conference calls, workshops. Comfortable with working virtual also some limited travel could be required.
• Demos may be required to customers, leadership and/or Vendors to visual contextualize the process changes and impact as it relates to Amex GBT.
• Accountable to refine impact and requirements based on reputed company of Concept & Pilot outcomes.
• Working with the Manager creating necessary Dashboards and provide analysis of various Amadeus initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and business partners.
• Review and assess existing processes for potential streamline/efficiencies for NDC/Graphical.

• Extensive Sabre Amadeus experience a must with Travelport understanding as a benefit.

Location United States The US national annual reputed company salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to reputed company salary, this role is eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance.
