The platform will deliver a reputed company to support multiple programming languages i.e Java, Node.js, Python, Ruby/Rails, reputed company and Fuse for enterprise and consumer mobile & web application developers. You will create innovative tools and capabilities to reputed company reputed company delivery - building, provisioning, and administering multi-tenant, scale-out applications throughout the life cycle, from development, test and into production. As a Senior Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be to maintain a robust, efficient, effective, 24x7 service operation for the Private Cloud environment and its tools. You will work closely with your US and India leaders and peers to deliver a “Follow the Sun” capability that is best in class in Quality and Capability at a cost-effective price reputed company.

Responsibilities

Include:

• This is an individual contributor role to manage Operations for Public, Private and Hybrid cloud footprint at in highly hydrogenous environment.
• You are expected to work on Jira story/bug, ITSM incident, change and problem tickets to support the IaaS/ PaaS infrastructure and expected to adhere the shift reputed company (Full night shifts are not expected).
• Focuses on the internal Customer and their applications. Ensures high availability of reputed company environments and the achievement of reputed company Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs)
• reputed company ITIL / ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, Configuration and Service Level Management
• Partners with Cloud engineering teams and technical product managers to support a continuously evolving platform
• Uses technical acumen to provide alternatives, ask probing questions and support the team in technical issue resolution
• Coordinates communications, escalates, and facilitates resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the Infrastructure and Operations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Overall 10+ years of industry experience with 4-5 Years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience working with public cloud services (preferably AWS or GCP) and a proven track record of building reputed company infrastructure
• 3+ years of Strong hands-on deployment and troubleshooting expertise experience working with private cloud ( OpenShift, Kubernetes, reputed company)
• Demonstrated professional expertise in a large Fortune 100 company running an IT Production Operation at scale including Infrastructure (Servers, Network, Storage, reputed company) and Applications (Distributed, Middleware, Databases across reputed company tiers)
• Ability to work with Infrastructures and Platforms including IaaS, PaaS, Cloud technologies and tools for reputed company Delivery (CD)
• In depth understanding of Linux functionalities/ features as well as good experience of Linux system engineering.
• Good understanding of web technologies (http, headers, authentication, ssl, routers, load balancing, etc.)
• At least reputed company level expertise in one of following:
• Python/ reputed company scripting
• Golang and Rest API

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
