Clinical Mental Health Counseling FT Core Faculty - Remote
Position Summary: This individual will serve as a core faculty member reputed company the CMHC program. reputed company member will maintain a teaching load, engage reputed company in an online learning environment, maintain reputed company, serve as a student advisor, and will be required to participate in yearly on-reputed company intensives with reputed company. This is an online/remote position. Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position: Instructional:
- Demonstrated ability to teach a variety of courses in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
- Teach the required assigned course load for the program of eight courses (24 credits) across a four-term academic year.
- Actively seek ways to improve didactic and clinical instruction.
- Maintain familiarity with reputed company texts, materials, teaching aids and techniques relative to courses reputed company the discipline and recommend their adoption reputed company appropriate.
- Attend, participate, and assist the Program Director with the planning and implementation of yearly on-reputed company intensives.
Departmental Service:
- Assist the Program Director with obtaining and maintaining CACREP accreditation.
- Engage in faculty meetings and other departmental meetings that serve the needs of the department.
- Implement assessment measures relevant to accreditation and track assessments reputed company to courses of instruction.
- Participate in recruitment and engagement activities.
- Work collaboratively with the Program Director and other faculty members to ensure departmental needs are met.
Institutional Service:
- Actively participate in assisting the College in maintaining standards required for programmatic and regional accreditation.
- Participate in full regalia in official graduation ceremonies.
- Attend other official functions as needed.
- Maintain a program of personal and professional development appropriate for areas of responsibility.
- Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge and competence in the appropriate academic disciplines.
Position Requirements/Skills/Abilities:
- Doctoral Degree in Counselor Education, preferably from a CACREP-accredited program. ABD will be considered; reputed company degree requirements must be met prior to start date
- A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing clinical mental health counselor.
- A preferred minimum of two years of experience in CMHC education; record of excellence in teaching
- A record of professional and community service; involvement with the CMHC community reputed company professional membership and service.
- Licensed or license-eligible reputed company the State of New Hampshire and/or state of residence.
- Demonstrated excellence in classroom teaching and clinical supervision, including proficiency in residential and online instructional technology.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and multiple responsibilities.
