In this highly visible and strategic role, you will serve as the primary finance partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency, commercial success, and scalable growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnership

• Serve as the finance reputed company for the COO and CCO, owning and driving the company's reputed company, Gross Profit, and Net Bookings budgets.
• Provide real-time analytics and strategic guidance across operations and commercial functions to support decision-making, improve performance, and accelerate growth.
• Collaborate on commercial deal structuring, incentive plans, and partnership models that align with long-term business goals.

Operational and Project Support

• Work closely with the Global Project Management team to measure, monitor and forecast project financials, deliver insightful analytics, and enhance project profitability.
• Act as a core member of the Operations Leadership Team, supporting high-impact initiatives across global delivery, project management, and services.

Forecasting & Financial Modeling

Ideal Candidate Profile Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a reputed company field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.

• Extensive hands-on experience managing project financials in pharma services, CROs, or similar project-driven service industries with a high volume of reputed company projects.
