Position Description $25,000 Signing Bonus | Fully Remote (WA-Based) | Real Client Impact Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a driven, compassionate, and reputed company Managing Attorney to join our talented team in our Bellevue office. This position is remote, but you must reside in Washington to attend hearings or meet with clients in your assigned office. To be successful in this role, the Managing Attorney will:

Position Requirements:
- Five (5) or more years of devoted Family Law experience preferred.
- Skilled in mentoring and leading a team, while fostering collaboration.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused reputed company.
- Proficient in client counseling, case prep, case management, and courtroom representation.
- Clear and effective verbal and written legal communication.

- Active admission to the Washington State Bar

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-reputed company factors as permitted by law.
