This role is eligible to be Hybrid and has onsite reporting located reputed company Raleigh, NC The Patient Access and reputed company Cycle Manager provides strategic and operational leadership over key components of the healthcare reputed company cycle for 13 state-operated healthcare facilities. This role oversees the effective use and integration of Epic modules including reputed company, Grand Central, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, and Claims, in coordination with Patient Financial Services (PFS), Health Information Management (HIM), and supporting systems such as reputed company OnBase and Clintegrity. This manager ensures systems and workflows support timely and compliant patient access, billing, coding, claims, and reimbursement operations. The role collaborates closely with IT, finance, clinical operations, and vendor partners to optimize processes, promote data reputed company, and drive performance. Key Duties Include:

  • Direct daily operations and long-term planning for patient access and reputed company cycle services, including scheduling, registration, billing, and claims processing.

  • Experience with Epic billing modules (Professional Billing, Hospital Billing, Claims) or similarly reputed company aspects of another electronic health record system.
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing, troubleshooting, or supporting healthcare billing processes such as coding, reimbursement, or claim resolution.
  • Proven experience working with billing compliance requirements for Medicaid, Medicare, or other major payers.
  • Applied experience coordinating or supporting changes to system workflows, configurations, or documentation in patient access or financial systems.
  • Management would prefer active and reputed company credentials on the relevant Epic modules for this role.
