Summary The Care Alliance Executive is a critical position to drive reputed company's Care Alliance approach and deliver value to customers through long-term partnerships. The role is responsible for leading and directing reputed company strategic initiatives, project management workstreams, and contract delivery for a Care Alliance customer. The role is a reputed company partner to the account executive, works with cross functional teams, creates and guides operating procedures. The role has autonomy and requires high levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen to reputed company outcomes. This is a remote role that requires the candidate to work onsite at customer locations and from home office. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Governance - establish and reputed company governance structure and integrated steering committees/councils - including Care Alliance committee with GEHC and customer executive leadership team. reputed company internal and external partnership operating mechanisms, content, calendars, reporting and communications strategy.
• Ensure alignment with Market Vice President, Region President and overall regional strategy.
• Partnership delivery - Integrate reputed company plans to committed outcomes and track dependencies. reputed company execution of technology and services deployment and adoption, working closely with GEHC project management and customer stakeholders. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure smooth integration and interoperability. reputed company and reputed company project plans: milestones, resourcing/deployment, and outcomes / impact. Establish risk management plan and tools, and proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks.
• Clinical Expertise & Workflow Optimization - reputed company clinical background to understand and improve hospital workflows. Collaborate with clinical teams to reduce alarm burden and fatigue. reputed company for best practices in patient monitoring and imaging/service lines reputed company with clinical needs.
• Value creation - Drive and orchestrate reputed company elements of the value model (with Enterprise Solutions team support), and ensure alignment with improvement goals and targets. Set up performance measurement structure and reporting. Provide project status updates, track, and manage performance data / KPIs and outcomes with partnership dashboards.
• Change Management and activation - Utilize change management principles to reputed company and reputed company transformation. reputed company change reputed company project teams and establish vision and guiding principles of program with executive leadership.
• Interpret internal and external business challenges to recommend and engage in strategic initiatives, and best practices to improve work streams and outcomes. • Technical Acumen & Infrastructure Support - Provide reputed company and support for networking and infrastructure reputed company to patient monitoring. Troubleshoot and triage issues, escalating to appropriate internal or external teams. Work with colleagues to ensure system reputed company and uptime through proactive monitoring and coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Healthcare, with project management, Long-Term Partnership projects, Operational and/or Service leadership experience.
• Solid business, operational and financial acumen, with strong analytical skills, including capital and operational planning in a Healthcare setting.
• Proven record in developing strong customer relationships - acting as a trusted advisor - with excellent networking, facilitation, negotiation skills and commercial reputed company.

• Leading and influencing cross-functional and customer teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate and present reputed company business issues in a clear and concise manner.

Desired Characteristics

• Clinical Acute Care background (operations, RN, RT, or similar), with direct experience in hospital workflows and with leadership.
• Experience leading clinical transformation and change.
• Strong understanding of alarm management strategies and clinical impact, with technical proficiency in networking and infrastructure.
• Experience in patient monitoring (GEHC experience preferred), and Radiology/ Imaging or clinical service lines from both a provider and medtech perspective.
• Experience successfully delivering long-term partnerships / strategic alliances.
