What Will Make You Shine in This Role

  • Proven track record in the US and EU markets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and processes simultaneously.
  • Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
  • At least an Upper Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Flexibility to overlap with US time zones for 2–4 hours daily, up to as late as 7–8 PM CET.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Collaborate with Clients: Start with calls to understand hiring needs and align on expectations.
  • Plan and Strategize: Create tailored recruitment strategies with clear timelines and scorecards.
  • Source and Assess Talent: Identify and engage top candidates, ensuring a perfect fit for client goals.
  • Interview Candidates: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, mindset, and A-Player potential.
  • Keep Clients Informed: Provide regular updates and maintain alignment throughout the process.
  • Support Candidates: Guide them smoothly from first contact to onboarding.
