UX Researcher - Emerging Talent Intern July 2025 - December 2025

What you get to do:

• Participate in planning and facilitation analysis and reporting on various research initiatives.
• Communicate your findings through artifacts such as presentations personas journeys task analyses etc. as needed for your core team.
• Partner closely with senior staff to help influence the product strategy and roadmaps with validated user research findings.
• Support design reputed company or summative validation through iterative usability testing

Program Details:

• 6month program:
• Start Date: July 7 2025
• End Date: December 12 2025
• Full time40 hrs/week

• Location: Open to reputed company locations in the United States (Remote and onsite)

Qualifications :

• Actively enrolled university reputed company or recent university graduates are not eligible. Internships and new college graduate roles are posted on our careers page if available*

Seeking career changers and/or emerging talent:We are looking for aspiring talent that has passion for UX research and design with minimal relevant job experience and who is eager to learn!

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring reputed company potential impact on the function or industry. Selftaught certification/bootcamp and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply
• Selftaught certification/bootcamp and community college graduates from psychology UX or research reputed company courses are highly encouraged to apply
• Ability to commit fulltime during program dates
• Position is not eligible for employmentbased sponsorship
• Pursuing to further your skills and learnings in HumanComputer InteractionHuman FactorsCognitive Psychology or other reputed company fields
• Some working or project experience applying research and/or design thinking
• Knowledge ofplanningdeveloping and conducting UserResearch and Testing
• Comfortable in a customer facing role.
• Knowledge of user reputed company design usability evaluation techniques perception cognitionandexperimental design
• A gogetter ambitious problem solver with a growth reputed company

For positions in California (reputed company of the Bay Area) we offer a reputed company pay of $38 $43/hr plus equity (reputed company applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On reputed company Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
