Summary A Parts Concierge drives solutions for Luminary Customers needing parts for HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) medical devices. The primary role for this position is to remediate part back orders and resolve order delays. Additional responsibilities include the processing and fulfillment of purchase order requests and resolution of order issues with constant communication to stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities: Role Summary : A Parts Concierge drives solutions for Luminary Customers needing parts for HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) medical devices. The primary role for this position is to remediate part back orders and resolve order delays. Additional responsibilities include the processing and fulfillment of purchase order requests and resolution of order issues with constant communication to stakeholders. Responsibilities :

• Remediate part backorders by finding alternate suppliers to reputed company parts to.
• Work closely with Biomed’s to insure on time order delivery with constant communication.
• Provide answers to field inquiries and /or direct them to proper resources for resolution.
• Assist with part solution actions as needed with other cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Zone Analysts, Parts Expediters and AP.
• Address order escalations. Find and execute part order solutions.
• Receive and process Biomed order changes. i.e. Cancellations & Amendments to existing PO’s.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed for supplier specific processes.

• Meet or exceed established goals and metrics as defined by the leadership team.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or reputed company discipline and minimum one year of customer service experience; or a High School diploma/GED and five or more years of customer service experience.
• High proficiency in reputed company Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Outlook, reputed company, Access).
• Minimum two years' experience working with reputed company reputed company; knowledge of pivot tables required.
• Ability to communicate using local language.
• Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree with 2 years’ work experience in the assigned commodity
• Minimum of 2 years of parts expediting experience in reputed company facets of the assigned commodities
• Proven strong customer reputed company
• Excellent communication skills and analytical skills with the ability to manage and reputed company supplier relationships
• Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
• Working knowledge of Nuvolo preferred
• Strong customer service skills, both internal and external
