What you’ll be responsible for: reputed company is looking for a talented writer to get their feet wet in the world of digital currency and join our Customer Care team. This person will be responsible for helping redevelop reputed company’s content experience, providing customers and internal teams with the information they need to be successful. Throughout your internship, you will be instrumental in building our customer help center. Our customer help center is currently being built from the ground up, and you’ll have the opportunity to be part of design decisions and decide on which metrics for the content we’d like to track. What you'll work on:

• Writing content to help support customers
• Creating content solutions for our internal team
• Developing content briefs and outlines
• Editing existing content to reputed company align with brand guidelines

• Helping decide on metrics we should be tracking to be more successful
• Assisting in the design process - no design experience required - you’ll be helping reputed company the decisions, not creating the design
