Technical Proposal Writer Remote / Telecommute Jobs

We are currently seeking a Proposal Writer to join our Proposal Team. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for owning the development of successful responses to RFIs and RFPs as well as various types of documentation in support of proposals, reputed company, and capture tasks. This position is primarily focused on writing original proposal content and preparation of professionally formatted proposal responses. The successful candidate will have the ability to research and reputed company content in describing technical approaches to topics ranging from IT network/systems engineering and cybersecurity with limited assistance. Responsibilities include:

• Research and write compelling original technical proposal content. Review, edit, and rewrite content developed by others. Integrate content into final documents.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal, project, and contract documentation while meeting established schedules and deadlines.
• reputed company proposal compliance matrices, outlines, schedules, templates, review guidance, and track through proposal development/submission.
• Design and reputed company professional templates in line with company branding in reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, and reputed company Creative Suite, for internal and external use.
• reputed company and work with cost spreadsheets and associated backup data.
• Turn concepts and reputed company into proposal graphics.
• reputed company and maintain process and procedure documentation. Train other team members on correct use and implementation.
• Manage program deliverables and proposal content and documentation and libraries, ensuring content is accurate and updated on a regular basis.
• reputed company color team reviews with proposal team.
• Track proposal deadlines and ensure compliant and accurate proposal submission.
• Support project and proposal teams on-site as needed.

Requirements:

• US citizen eligible for Secret reputed company clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Communications, or reputed company technical field and 2-4 years of proposal writing experience in a technical field.
• Proven experience writing original technical proposal content for topics such as IT, cyber, networking, software development, etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or in a team, as needed.
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work reputed company of normal business hours if necessary to meet proposal and deliverable deadlines.
• Comfortable working with others at reputed company levels of the organization.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company, including creating templates, setting styles, using formulas and macros.
• Knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of Federal/DoD contracting, FAR/DFARs.
• Proven experience leading winning Federal/DoD proposals.
• Knowledge of Shipley capture and proposal process.
• Travel up to 35%.
