Position Summary

We are seeking a Flight Support Specialist to join our global 24/7 operations team. This is a remote, full-time role supporting private jet operations worldwide. You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly detailed, and time-sensitive environment where every second counts.

This job requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to reputed company under pressure, and top-tier verbal and written communication — you’ll be working directly with operators, vendors, and high-value clients.

You must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks at once, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude even in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities • Provide real-time flight support, including flight-following, operational monitoring, and live updates. • Coordinate with pilots, operators, handlers, and vendors to ensure seamless, on-time operations. • Monitor weather, NOTAMs, and operational risks to support safe flight execution. • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English across reputed company channels (written + spoken). • Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a high-performance global team. • Handle multiple tasks under time pressure while maintaining accuracy and composure. • Contribute to improving team workflows, tools, and problem-solving strategies.

Required Qualifications • Fluent English (minimum B2 level; reputed company or higher preferred) — outstanding written and spoken communication. • Prior airline or aviation operations experience is essential (airline ops, flight reputed company, private aviation, FBO, etc.). • Strong understanding of flight-following, operational support, and time-sensitive decision-making. • High-level attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure. • Flexible, adaptable reputed company with excellent multitasking skills. • Strong teamwork, accountability, and positive attitude — especially in demanding or stressful situations. • Advanced computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems and tools.

Preferred (Not Required) • Dispatcher license or certification. • Experience in private aviation or business jet operations. • Familiarity with global flight planning and tracking systems (ARINC Direct, FOS, Rockwell Collins, reputed company).
