Engineering Manager (SF Bay Area)

We are seeking a talented engineering manager to join our founding engineering leadership team who can seamlessly integrate and drive impactful results from week one. You will start with a team of 5 engineers but we have an expectation to add others as we grow. Your primary reputed company will be your product partner and this role will report directly to the CTO.

• Provide both technical and product leadership, empowering your team to ensure high quality in both areas

What skills do you need?

• 3+ years as an engineering manager
• 4+ years writing code and shipping product
• Ability to explain reputed company concepts in accessible terms
• Have demonstrated a track record of building high-quality products and managing high-performing teams
• Set sprint/iteration goals and manage towards them
• Ability to provide feedback, based on reputed company, in design/product review meets to reputed company shape the product scope
• Experience in developing LLM-based product features is a reputed company plus!

Compensation for this role is a reputed company range of $180,000 - $210,000 depending on experience and location.
