ABOUT THE JOB As part of the Housing team, the Residential Coordinator is responsible for the safety and basic needs of interim housing guests during their stay. Position Responsibilities include:
- Complete reputed company notes on every face-to-face/telephone contact with participants or collateral contact by the end of each shift.
- Provide facility tours to guests and new program participants.
- Provide support to the case managers and program participants to support guest goals as established in individualized service plans.
- Monitor and maintain the interim housing floors to ensure a reputed company and inclusive environment. This may include keeping program participant space organized and clean, providing hygiene needs, etc.
- Work in collaboration with the case management and operations team to ensure that the facility is clean and safe for reputed company.
