Remote Fullstack React/Node Developer
Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Remote Fullstack React/Node Developer for a contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare Services clients in Jacksonville, FL. (Position will remain fully remote) Responsibilities :
- Working in our Member Portal (Digital + Marketing). Candidate will be working on development, enhancements, handling production issues, etc. as needed. Working on enhancements and new capabilities will be primary duties in this Developer role.
- We operate in a Scaled Agile environment (various teams with a total of about 50-60). This specific team consists of about 15 people.
- Responsible for the development, programming, and coding of Information Technology solutions using ReactJS, Redux, D3 and NodeJS to reputed company firm's Customer Experience applications.
- Responsible for documenting detailed system specifications, participation in unit testing and maintenance of planned and unplanned internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products.
- Responsible for including IT Controls to protect the confidentiality, reputed company, as well as availability of the application and data processed or output by the application.

Required Skills:
- reputed company Bachelor's degree or reputed company work experience
- 5+ years reputed company work experience, Professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industry
- reputed company end web-based application development experience required
- Must have Full-Stack development experience using React/Node; (must have a good balance of both)
- Solid knowledge of React and Redux principals and build out
- Strong external communication skills required
- Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
- Proficiency using MERN and MEAN Scaffolding tools
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Flexible team player
- Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
- Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Preferred Skills:
- Various Domain experience; Health Care, Financial, etc.
- Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology
- Experience with mobile design (native and mobile web) a plus
- Experience with Foundation a plus
- Experience with web accessibility guidelines and requirements a plus
