We are on the hunt for a select group of 5-10 agents who share our commitment to the highest level of customer service, possess a strong growth mindset, and are eager to engage with other real estate professionals focused on residential investment properties. What You'll Do.

  • Deals! Bring your own book of business while growing together with Wrightwell's opportunities!
  • Engagement. Engage as a team player while participating as solo agent to provide services to both investors and your own personal clientele.
  • Investor Relationships: Cultivate your new and current relationships with local, regional or institutional investors, leading to transactions.
  • Pipeline Channels. Grow your own pipeline of transactions, both from corporate referrals as well as your own lead sources.
  • Collaborative Approach. Engage with a collaborative team of brokers, agents and corporate executives, to help grow in a knowledge-sharing environment, promoting best practices in serving investor clients.
  • Learn. Continue to learn about how to elevate your knowledge for working with investors by hanging your license with like-type individuals looking to boost their career!

Requirements.

  • Active Georgia Real Estate Managing Agent or Broker’s License (or equivalent) in good standing.
  • Located within a 20 mile radius of the Atlanta Metropolitan area.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a successful real estate agent with a focus on investment properties.
  • Closed on an average of 12 properties per year for the last 3 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract new clientele through your own marketing efforts.
  • Network actively to create new opportunities in your market.
  • Have an abundance mindset vs a scarcity mindset.
  • Collaborate and are driven off the synergies of other agents.
  • Proven experience working with or a strong understanding of the needs of real estate investors or institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, financial analysis, and market trends.
  • Prefer to have familiarity with lending for investment properties, including DSCR or fix & flip loans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated investors.
  • Proficiency in real estate sales techniques and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
