Your impact on our mission As a Staff Software Engineer, you will partner with our Co-Founder as well as some of our most senior and tenured engineers on a new initiative and fast growing product - an AI-based voice agent that answers inbound phone calls to hospitals and doctor's offices. • Building and maintaining high-quality software that will gradually incorporate AI capabilities
• Learning how to work with LLM’s while continuing to deliver solid engineering work
• Designing scalable, maintainable applications using modern software practices
• Collaborating with reputed company’s most talented engineers to learn and gradually take on AI-reputed company projects
• Contributing to the end to end development of consumer facing products
• Building products designed to scale quickly

You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with a strong proficiency in C#
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

• Enthusiasm and passion for learning AI/ML technologies
• Analytical horsepower and a natural curiosity
