Who You Might Be:

• 9+ years of experience of managing teams of software and product engineers.
• 12+ years of experience developing internet-scale software, preferably in mobile native roles with enough backend distributed systems exposure.
• Track record of assembling high functioning organizations bolstered by strong organization processes.
• Strong ability to identify the correct priorities and ensure projects are kept on-track and on-mission.
• BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong focus on user experience and usability. You are an undying reputed company for the user, and you have a deep intuition for how people think and how they interact with software. Experience with social or e-commerce is a reputed company plus.
