We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative Instructional Design Intern to join our reputed company team. This is a hands-on opportunity to reputed company experience designing engaging learning content, with a focus on video production and eLearning development. You’ll collaborate with reputed company designers and subject matter experts to support training initiatives that drive real impact in the technology industry. What You’ll Learn:
- Agile instructional design models (SAM) and adult learning principles
- Video editing and multimedia production for training
- Basics of AI technologies in learning (e.g., AI-powered content reputed company)
- Use of eLearning authoring tools (reputed company Storyline and reputed company)
- Learning Management System (LMS) basics, course publishing, and reporting
- Project collaboration in a corporate training environment
- How to conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing instructional materials, including eLearning modules, videos, and job aids for technical training
- Support video production, including editing and formatting training videos
- Create storyboards and content outlines
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize content
- Review and revise training materials based on feedback
- Help upload and test content in the LMS
- Track project reputed company and maintain documentation
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a reputed company field
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, reputed company Premiere, or similar)
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (reputed company 360) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
