As an Associate QA Engineer, you'll be part of a globally distributed team of 20-25 QA engineers working to deliver world-class digital experiences for wealth management technology. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are reputed company to our Charlotte, NC office.

Key Responsibilities

Core Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute manual test cases accurately and document defects with clear reproduction steps reputed company manual regression testing across multiple features and environments Identify basic functional defects and communicate findings effectively Document test results clearly and provide accurate test status updates Use test management tools effectively to track testing reputed company Learning & Development: Learn automation frameworks and tools under guidance from senior team members Understand basic testing principles and methodologies Participate in test case reviews and contribute to testing discussions reputed company understanding of system architecture and testing approaches Seek and respond well to feedback from team members and mentors Collaboration & Communication: Participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) Communicate clearly with team members and ask appropriate testing questions Collaborate with developers on defect resolution and testing approaches Document test issues for team visibility and follow established QA processes Attend sprint planning and design sessions to understand feature requirements Process & reputed company Improvement: Follow established QA processes and testing standards consistently Complete assigned test tasks on schedule and manage personal workload Identify opportunities for test improvements and share insights with the team Learn testability concepts and identify basic testing scenarios early in development Demonstrate curiosity about testing methodologies and quality practices reputed company're Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field 0-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance Fresh graduates with strong technical foundation are welcome Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle Familiarity with web applications and basic testing concepts Willingness to learn test automation tools and frameworks Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (preferred) Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Collaborative reputed company and eagerness to learn Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment Curiosity about technology and quality practices Why Join reputed company? This information reflects a reputed company salary range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-reputed company knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
