Rapid Response Associate (Remote and Traveling)

Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Rapid Response Associate to join our dynamic workforce. Position: Rapid Response Associate Location: Remote position with national traveling to RPS properties across the country Key Qualifications: As a Rapid Response Team Associate, you will be responsible for working with on-site teams nationally to improve performance while supporting needs across our Affordable and Luxury (Signature) Portfolios, including lease-ups. You will work closely with the on-site team and regional manager to complete day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed . • Effectively communicate with Ops Rapid Response Manager/ Regional Manager on team and property observations.
• Provide weekly property progress reports via email.
• Maintain and document prospective resident information and activity in property management software, including all follow-ups in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure models, common areas, and market-ready apartments are open and refreshed daily for showing.
• Waitlist Management
• Assist in all application efforts and work as a liaison with the compliance department to collect documentation or needed clarifications promptly.
• Complete all move-in processes, including but not limited to lease generation, lease execution, move-in packet, pre-walk, etc.
• Assist in planning and execution of community-wide events.
• Maintain monthly market survey with updated rates, occupancy, incentives, and all other pertinent information, including comp shops.
• Work with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials as directed by the Ops Rapid Response Manager.
• Other duties may periodically be assigned by the Property Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, or Operations Rapid Response Manager.
• Complete all assigned Richman University courses by due dates.

Requirements:

• Education: Associate degree (A. A.), customer service or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience:
• Minimum of two years prior multi-family experience required; twenty-four months of residential rental and office experience and/or training. Lease-up experience preferred. Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Soft Suite and Property Management software, specifically YardiS7. Experience with CRMIQ, CRMFlex, EliseAI, and Yardi Elevate is a PLUS!
• Skills & Certifications:
• Demonstrates phone sales, leasing, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented; strong communication capabilities, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Communicates effectively to develop and maintain internal/external relationships.
• An incredibly responsive, courteous, reliable, energetic, and upbeat team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Performance driven.
• Adaptability.
• Analytical/Solution-oriented professional.
• Bilingual-Spanish preferred
• Valid Driver’s License required
