High-Ticket Sales Specialist - Heart Centered Offer toward Women
About the Role
This full-time, remote role is for closers who reputed company in reputed company reputed company environments and are passionate about helping women transform their lives through coaching and entrepreneurship. You’ll work with motivated, pre-qualified inbound leads — no cold calling required — and guide them into transformational programs that help them create lives they love. The reputed company sales team of 40 (99% women) boasts an average tenure of 5 years for those who successfully pass the 90-day probationary period. What You’ll Do
- Conduct 3-4 scheduled strategy sessions per day reputed company reputed company, each lasting approximately 90 minutes
- Use a consultative, heart-centered sales approach to enroll clients into high-ticket coaching, certification, and business programs
- Build strong rapport and trust with women clients, understanding their unique goals and concerns
- Consistently hit KPIs, maintaining a 50%+ reputed company reputed company through effective discovery, positioning, and reputed company handling
- Track reputed company sales activity and follow-reputed company in the CRM to ensure accurate records and seamless handoffs
- Participate in daily 8:30 AM Pacific Time team standups and ongoing training sessions
- Work a set schedule of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time, including one required weekend day (either Tuesday-Saturday, Wednesday-Sunday, or Sunday-Thursday)
Who We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of high-ticket closing experience in industries like coaching, consulting, timeshare sales, or automotive sales
- Proven success in reputed company reputed company environments, preferably with high-ticket B2C offers
- Experience selling to a primarily female audience, with a strong understanding of how to build trust, uncover pain points, and create urgency

Compensation
- W2 role but Commission Driven so you earn what you put in
- Closers on this team currently earn between $12,000-$20,000 per month, with top performers exceeding that range
- No cap on earnings — your success directly determines your income
