Responsibilities:

  • The NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) is responsible for providing business and technical support to NAVAIR users of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The candidate fulfilling this position will support the US Marine Corps Depot Maintenance Activity Group (DMAG) as a part of their efforts to migrate to and stabilize use of the Navy ERP System.
  • We are seeking a Navy ERP Materials Management (MM) Module Support Analyst to join our USMC Marine Depot Maintenance Group (DMAG) Team. This individual provides Navy ERP (SAP) technical support for Navy workforce management processes, Navy ERP end-users, and business process owners to analyze and troubleshoot Navy ERP system issues. The analyst provides sustainment and end-user support as well as technical guidance for FI modules and the associated business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:
  • At least six (6) years of professional experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) OR Bachelor’s Degree and at least four (4) years of relevant experience
  • Experience:
  • Navy ERP FI Module Experience (Required)
  • Familiarity with USMC Depot Business Operations (Desired)
  • Training material development (Desired)
  • Presentation skills (Desired)
  • Navy ERP Materials Module Experience (Required)
  • Familiarity with Navy Business Operations (Desired)
  • Experience working in a SharePoint environment (Desired)
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Required)
  • Familiarity with the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) Tool (Desired)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Monthly Travel to GA and/or CA required.

  • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
  • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
  • USD $115,000-130,000
  • Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
