You will be responsible for developing and implementing actionable plans to grow active patient bases, production, and collections, while managing controllable expenses and meeting budget targets.

Our ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of dental management experience, supervising multiple teams. You should possess excellent communication skills, a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics, and the ability to diagnose problems quickly. Experience in leadership positions, managing and training employees, and driving revenue growth is essential.
