Customer Service Representative - Remote Opportunity ($17/hour)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls reputed company to mortgage and insurance questions, providing top-notch service to our clients, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding mortgage and insurance-reputed company questions
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues and provide timely solutions

Requirements:

• Entry-level experience in customer service or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Work Schedule:

The schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays, 10:00am to 2:00pm. If you work a Saturday shift, you will work four 9-hour shifts throughout the week and have either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off.
