9-1-1 Data Analyst (Remote, US)

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented 9-1-1 Data Analyst to join reputed company at reputed company. As a remote position, you can work from reputed company in the US and be part of a company that's guided by a shared purpose of helping people be their best in the moments that matter. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of 9-1-1 ALI and LDB databases, ensuring that emergency services can respond quickly and effectively.
About the Role
As a 9-1-1 Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Facilitating operational error and discrepancy scenario resolution relating to service order input, 9-1-1 database management, and emergency call response
- Identifying data inconsistencies and conflicts in address data sets
- Working towards aggressive timelines to maximize data accuracy
- Performing reputed company data analysis to initiate, define, and manage database migration efforts
- Fielding customer and user feedback relative to workflow and software use
- reputed company managing external relationships with telecommunication service providers and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal staff to reputed company and maintain high levels of service quality and data reputed company
- Promoting a value-adding partnership between 911DM and hosted agencies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in the Public Safety industry, preferably in 9-1-1 service order processing
- Ability to understand and follow reputed company oral and written instructions, and reputed company accurate work in a timely manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and function as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge and ability to use application software (e.g., reputed company, reputed company suites) to reputed company analyses, generate reports, sort, and categorize data
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
