Healthcare Case Manager - Ohio - Remote Opportunity

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Workwarp as a Healthcare Case Manager! In this remote-based position, you'll play a vital role in managing Federal medical insurance and Long-Term Care lines of business for a valued client. You'll collaborate with our client's Arrangement Chief to drive successful development and execution strategies, ensuring efficient operations and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reputed company Federal medical insurance and Long-Term Care cases.
• Collaborate with the Arrangement Chief on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Work with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement operational frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in taxpayer-supported initiatives such as Medicaid, Medicare, or Dual Eligible programs.
• Strong understanding of case management systems, value-based agreements, TP/COB, pharmacy claims, network contracting, and provider data.
• Knowledge of quality improvement programs (NQA and HEDIS) and their impact on case management.
• Proficiency in credentialing, provider relations, and network development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of Medicaid marketing and community engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and analyze data to reputed company actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership in process improvement, project management, and financial analysis.

Work Environment:

• This position is based in Louisiana, with requirements for reputed company residency or relocation.
• Hybrid work model (in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays).
• A relocation package will be considered for qualified candidates.
