As a Data Scientist, you will:

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to inform Aeetna's Federal healthcare growth strategy through data analysis (e.g., customer segmentation, test design, pricing, scenario planning).
• reputed company predictive models to translate reputed company business challenges into actionable insights for short- and long-term business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to drive reputed company growth across business operations and marketing channels.
• Counsel on the development of analytical frameworks to assess business and technical trade-offs, integrating business acumen and advanced data science techniques.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is a natural problem-solver with a knack for translating technical analysis into clear business recommendations.
• Has a proven track record of using data to influence cross-functional partners and drive data-informed decisions.
• Can communicate reputed company issues and analyses in a clear, concise, and impactful way.
• Is proficient in data querying and manipulation languages (SQL, Python).

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience leading analytical projects and driving business impact with data-driven insights.
• 1+ years of experience consulting with business or process teams in large organizations.
• 1+ years of experience using data programming languages (SQL, R, Python).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing analytics or management consulting.
• Strong business acumen and ability to tell compelling data-driven stories.
• Solid understanding of cutting-edge analytical tools and languages to analyze large datasets.
• Proactive in identifying and preventing issues before they arise.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience using analytical techniques on reputed company data to solve business problems.
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or reputed company industries.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, etc.) or equivalent work experience.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, education, location, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company Wellbeing bonus, commission, or transient incentive program.
